Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 20, 2026 · Last updated: May 20, 2026

1. Who we are

All Sportz Apparel, LLC ("ASA", "we", "us", "our") is a Delaware-organized limited liability company with its U.S. headquarters at 555 Theodore Fremd Avenue, Suite A300, Rye, New York 10580 and its manufacturing facility at Calle El Corte, Ave. Hispanoamericana, Edificio A-2, Caribbean Industrial Park, Santiago De Los Caballeros, Dominican Republic 51000. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information in connection with our website allsportzapparel.com and our business-to-business custom apparel manufacturing services.

2. Information we collect

We collect information that you provide to us directly and information that is generated automatically when you use our website or interact with our team.

a. Information you give us

  • Business contact information — your name, title, employer, business email address, business phone number, and shipping/billing address when you contact us, request a quote, place an order, or otherwise communicate with us.
  • Project information — specifications, designs, artwork, sample units, schedules, and any related materials you share for production purposes.
  • Account and authentication information — if you are granted access to our internal admin portal, we collect a username, an encrypted password vault, and audit information about your portal activity.
  • Correspondence — content of emails, messages, and uploads you send to us.

b. Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and pages viewed.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — small data files used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure aggregate usage. You may disable cookies through your browser, but parts of the site may not function as intended.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Our services are intended for businesses, schools, leagues, and adult professionals.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and provide samples;
  • Produce, manage, and ship apparel orders;
  • Invoice customers and collect payment;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website and internal systems;
  • Communicate about projects, orders, deliveries, and service updates;
  • Comply with applicable laws, including U.S. and Dominican Republic tax, customs (CAFTA-DR), labor, and trade rules;
  • Protect against fraud, unauthorized access, and other security threats;
  • Enforce our agreements and protect our legal rights.

4. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the business:

  • Service providers — logistics carriers, payment processors, IT and hosting providers (e.g., GitHub, Vercel), email and accounting platforms — under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Business affiliates and counsel — our auditors, attorneys, and tax advisors as needed for the conduct of business.
  • Customers — if information you share relates to an order with us, we may share it with the customer placing that order.
  • Legal obligations — when required by law, court order, subpoena, or to respond to lawful requests by public authorities in the United States or the Dominican Republic.
  • Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our business, in which case the recipient will be bound to honor this Privacy Policy.

5. International data transfers

Because we operate in both the United States and the Dominican Republic, information you provide may be transferred to and processed in both countries, as well as in jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required by law (e.g., GDPR for EU-based data), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards.

6. Data retention

We retain personal and project information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations (including tax and customs records, generally 7 years in the U.S. and DR), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption-at-rest for credentials, role-based access to internal systems, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights with respect to personal information we hold about you:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we have about you.
  • Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion — ask us to delete information, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Objection / restriction — object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Portability — receive your information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

For California residents, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at jdorf@allsportzapparel.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice.
